We met Jenna at an open house on Narcissus Ave in CDM in July 2017. We had just moved back to our home in Laguna Hills after a 6-month stay on Balboa Island to remodel our home from a water slab leak. We got a great taste of the island and CDM life, and we knew at some time, we wanted to make the move back to the island or CDM. We were always walking through open houses to see what was possible for us and had an agent looking for us within our price range. When we met Jenna, my wife, and instantly connected with her. I first had the pleasure of working with Laurie when I was a first-time homebuyer. Laurie was attentive and attuned to what I wanted in a house. Our experience with Laurie selling our home at One Ford Road was excellent. She took the opportunity to sell our house knowing she was challenged because it was on the market about a year earlier. That did not phase Laurie. She implemented a plan, staged the home, and very quickly had it sold.
